*Using Multimedia for me

*Using Multimedia for me, no matter in the life, in the teaching is the indispensable equally useful tool. Multimedia provided an interactive, multisensory learning experience, which motivated the learner and improved the quality of learning. So I was using PPT in some difficult units. Introducing the topic of uninteresting, a famous people of aim high, and show a famous painter’s artwork .I would use Video Audio. I t can help me teaching more efficiency. *For example, if the topic of occupation," Students could understand easily all of many occupations from video in the class. They can interview a driver, teacher, soldier or worker...etc,And students made the video of occupation. We could discuss the video of different occupation in the class. This information could help students to select correctly their profession in the future. They can control of learning career projecting. Sometime I provided a school web site. Students can type an important word. They can more understand from the senior school.
*To the counseling office, I often use excel. Recording mental test, mental scale, and mental accommodations. I use Graphics after the ending of mental test. Students could see easily from Graphics, and compared with relationship each other. In the multi/interigence’s unit .I recorded some music and played. I always encouraged them the cooperative learning and the problem solving.
*Also I am a counseling teacher .I was a leader in a small group. I designed teaching and learning dossier for a small group. When I was co-leader. I took a picture during the classes of group. I always made a licenses for them.. I kept in reserve after making the wish cards. I sent a cards for encourage my students. Students can do the wish card for everybody, too. Introducing a Web page for some weakness students, So they can learned personality at home.

Database,Spreadsheets & Fanny

*Using Database, Using Spreadsheets for me, no matter in the life, in the teaching is the indispensable equally useful tool.I was teaching the 18 classes of the courses. I am a create lesson planner. I created student activities, teaching plan, teaching and studying dossier. So I saved it in computer. After teaching, I can reformation again and again. These teaching and studying dossier can be compare with before.My teaching activities will be more efficiency than before. I was often using PPT in some difficult units.Sometimes students lost their spreadsheets or worksheet in summer vacation or winter vacation. As a teacher, Hyperlinks in the worksheet in school's web for them.
*Also I am a counseling teacher; all of students of 18 classes are my extent of liability. I kept in reserve after making the wish cards. I sent a cards for encourage students. Students can do the wish card, too. To the counseling office, I often use excel, too. It can help me to calculate the grade of the students in the end semester. Recording mental test, mental scale, mental accommodations, Database is very important. It is record-keeping tool, Memory indicator. Including to parent address and phone list, Recording case’s history, Organizing, Editing and sorting…etc data in a database. I and students can use spreadsheets when we want to perform numerical calculations and do data prediction.
*For example, if the topic is "the interview of occupation," Students can record a scene video. They can interview a driver, teacher, soldier or worker...etc. We can see a video in the class. Let students learn to analyze what job do they like. On the other hand, I used the spreadsheets. It can test how much knowledge the students learned. And, I encourage students by weekly progress reports.Making a discipline’s schedule for helping weak students. In this modern time, Blog and e-mail are also good idea to teach students. When the students have any problem, they can ask in the blog or send e-mail. I could answer the question directly.

Word for me,no matter in the life, in the teaching is the indispensable equally useful tool.
I am a counseling teacher; often use Word to make the cards. For example, if the topic is "the feature career," I will make the cards which have the word, like: teacher, soldier or worker. These cards would put on the blackboard, and let the students to analyze what those job do to improve the students know those job more and more. On the other hand, I used the word to make the learning sheets or test that can test how much knowledge the students learned.
Sometimes, I also will let my students use the word to make a simple report, like learning sheets or movie review. And, I encourage writing diary by word. Because, Word can correct the mistake in grammar, that can increase their grammar and spelling
I also use the power point and excel. When I want to show the some interesting pictures with the important information, I will use the power point that can help me teach easier. If I did not use the power point, I would open a lot of windows. Power points avoid the widows would jump around as I control. I often use excel, too. It can help me to calculate the grade of the students in the end semester.
There are much more Microsoft office tool I never use them. I have been heard that these tools are very useful in my colleague. I am sure that I will use them to help me in someday.
In this morden time, Blog and e-mail are also good ideal to teach students. When the students have any problem, they can ask in the blog or send e-mail. I could answer the question directly.

Wow! It’s a beautiful and sunny morning, and we have already planned to pick up the sweet cherry.

I am so excited that I can not wait for any longer. I was invited for the trip, so my friend gave me a lift to the farm with many cherry trees.

After a short drive we have arrived the show and it was so crowded. It made me even more excited when I saw many children puck up a lot of cherries curiously. I felt refreshed when I smell the natural fragrance from dozens of cherries.

I took lots of photographs of myself so I can share the wonderful day with everyone.

I am a lucky in America's day.

Improve children's social skills

Friends are the most important for children. Parents need to be sensitive to how much work it is for them to join groups. As new parents for teens, a teen must establish him or her to get accepted into the group. This is not easy. Know that becoming a member of a teen group is very difficult and time-consuming. Offer loving help and encouragement at every turn .Parents try to join their group.Encourage them to look gently at themselves and honestly enjoy and appreciate who they are. Uniqueness gives value. Help them to think this way and to be themselves—without changing anything. How to improve their social skills? How to impove their communication skill ? ----How to do? They don't need to be thinner, older or more charming. They has certain qualities.ex :voice, personality, looks, interests. Help them find the powerful life . Accept and celebrate their emerging individuality.
